All the mountain attractions are easily accessible by foot. It takes 25 miles to reach Asheville. This space is brand new for 2021 and features all high-end finishes. Hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms with glass doors, solid surface countertop, unique cool loft with king-sized bed, private master bedroom with queen-sized bed and large screen TV with fireplace. The vacation home comes with a blender and coffee maker, dishes and pots, pans, washing machine, Bluetooth speakers, and a covered porch with 6 top tables. There is also a ceiling fan.
Each guest will be issued a unique code which allows them to access their home’s main gate or front door. All three homes in the compound have access the hot tub, and fire pit. Although you are not allowed to use them 24/7, most guests will be able to wait. This resort is for adults only. The property is not suitable to guests under 16. Pets are not permitted on the property.
While the owners have done their best to make this an oasis and block out the surrounding area with the 8-foot decorative fence, you will want to note that the home is located in a residential/industrial area, and you will occasionally see activity at the gas station across the river, and hear trucks at the plant across the street. It’s a small deal for the convenience of being close to downtown and river. You could also find a smaller cabin up the mountain, but you still have access to everything downtown Waynesville has to offer. The tiny house has all the amenities you would expect from a home and is ready to accommodate your North Carolina vacation. The tiny house is beautiful inside and out. The fire pit can be used to warm up after a long day of activity.
